Oct. 17-21 Happenings

Congratulations to all of the High School Music Students on a job well done at last week's Fall Concert. I am extremely proud of you for all of your hard work and your dedication to creating beautiful music! What the GT Band lacks in numbers, we make up for in desire and ability. Keep up the great work.

5th Grade

Objectives:

  • Continue large instrument-family lessons

7/8th Grade Band

  2. Music Rehearsal
    • Episode for Band
      • Begin incorporating dynamics and articulations
      • Perform full runs
      • Possibly record performance

      • Reinforce proper tempos at tempo changes
      • Discuss strategies for the page turn at the CODA
